@emmanuel I think what you sent is not where we can work on. You sent presentation slides not google doc. The Google doc should be more like a word file where we can edit and work wit. I don't know if it's only me or everybody?

I received a slide, I think we should have our report on google docs(where lot of write up will take place), while our presentation on slide(the slide should contain points and diagrams) . We will submit the report (the google doc) and present with the slide.

@ernest i think this will be like double work. instead, we can do it all using slides.

@stephen we can even use slides it's possible as long as we will use them to pitch our presentation.
we have to do this this in the way it is presentable and conversing as we will be competing with others.

@emmanuel No sir, i don't think so, it's ideal to document using google docs while presenting with slides. We wont have all the write ups on the slides rather the slide will consist of just the topics, its summaries and some catchy phrases beautifully done to entice the stakeholders while pitching our solutions to them. Mr Mo, Abdul and co. would have already had the documents and they would have gone through it before the day of the presentation.

Since I have been so busy recently, I can volunteer to help prepare the slides for presentation, if anyone is having troubles with it.

@ernest Having our writeup on google docs also gives the added advantage of multiple users editing the document simultaneously. This is a great idea. Sorry I have been out of touch guys. Let me know if there is any backup or support I can offer.

@emmanuel am just seeing all this and am feeling bad about not participating. my name and email is not even here like am not serious.
